Who runs this site

This website belongs to Salvatore Manzi, a leadership communications coach based in California, doing business as Leadership Communications.

What the site collects, and why

Inquiry forms

The contact, coaching, speaking, facilitation, and in-house cohort forms email what you type straight to Salvatore’s inbox: your name, email, organization, and the details of your message, event, or goal. The site keeps no copy of the submission. Salvatore uses it to reply to you and, if you work together, to plan the engagement.

Email signups

The sample chapter, launch team, newsletter, and AI coach updates send your name and email to HubSpot, the service that delivers the chapter and the notes. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it. Signing up for one thing does not enroll you in anything else.

Site analytics

Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. The data is aggregated and is used only to see which pages help people. It carries no name or email, and it is never combined with form submissions.

Embedded video

Some pages play short clips through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies until you press play. Playing a clip is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Fonts and hosting

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and is hosted by SiteGround, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and uptime.

What the site does not do

• No selling, renting, or trading of your information, to anyone, ever.
• No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels, no social media tracking.
• No profiles built from your visits.
• No data collected from children under 13. The site and its services are for working professionals.

Who else sees it

Only the services named above (HubSpot, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Fonts, SiteGround), each under its own privacy policy, and each only for the purpose described. Links to book retailers, LinkedIn, YouTube, Linktree, and podcast episodes leave this site and follow those sites’ policies.

How long it stays

Inquiry emails stay in Salvatore’s mailbox for as long as the conversation and any engagement are active, then as ordinary business records. Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Analytics data is kept for the standard Google Analytics period of 14 months.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
• See, correct, or delete what Salvatore holds about you: ask through the contact page and it happens within 30 days, no questions.
• Decline analytics with a browser extension such as Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking third-party scripts. The site works the same either way.
• Do Not Track: the site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because it runs no tracking that would change.

California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to ask for its deletion, and to be treated the same after asking. Both are honored through the contact page.

Changes

When this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Anything that expands what is collected will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
