Clear and Compelling AI helps you put the Clear and Compelling methods to work. Use it to prepare what to say, strengthen a presentation, work through a communication challenge, or practice a skill with focused feedback.

The Guide asks focused questions, helps you apply the methods to your situation, and gives you practical material or feedback you can use.

Step one

Begin with something real

  1. Open the Guide and create an account or sign in.
  2. Choose an experience or type your own question.
  3. Share what you’re working on. Answer the Guide’s questions naturally, then use and refine what you create together.

Rough notes are enough to start.

Step two

Choose your starting point

Apply the Methodology

Not sure where to start? Choose Apply the Methodology and describe the situation.

Ask your own question

You can also type straight into the conversation. Ask about one of the Clear and Compelling methods, describe a communication challenge, or paste something you want to improve. For example:

  • “How can I explain this delay without sounding defensive?”
  • “Help me make this update more concise.”
  • “I keep rambling when someone asks an unexpected question. What can I do?”

Step three

Get better results

  • Give the context that matters. Who are you speaking to? What do you want them to understand or do? What constraints matter?
  • Answer naturally. Share rough notes, explain it in your own words, or say you’re unsure. The Guide can help you clarify.
  • Let the Guide ask follow-up questions. Those answers help it tailor the work to your situation.
  • Correct misunderstandings. If it gets a fact, intention, or detail wrong, tell it.
  • Request specific changes. “Make this more direct,” “Keep my wording,” or “Give me an example” is enough.

“Help me communicate better” gives the Guide very little to work with. A request with the audience, the goal, and the constraint gives it everything:

“I’m updating my manager about a project delay. I need agreement on a revised deadline, and I have two minutes to explain it.”

The Guide may suggest a stronger main point or a different way to frame the situation. Tell it when a suggestion doesn’t fit.

Upload relevant material

Share slides, documents, images, or drafts when they help the Guide understand the work. Say what you want help with alongside the upload.

“Here are my slides. Help me make the main takeaway clearer and strengthen the opening.”

Practice aloud with voice

Use voice for a spoken conversation with the Guide, or to practice saying your message out loud. For focused practice, choose Elevate My Communication Skills and name the skill you want to work on.

Dictate a message

Dictation turns your speech into a typed message. Voice mode gives you a spoken conversation. Use dictation when you would like to speak your input.

Continue previous work or start fresh

Continue the same conversation when you’re revising the same message or building on earlier feedback. Start a new conversation for a different situation.

Bookmark the Guide in your browser so it’s one click away before a meeting, while you revise a presentation, or whenever you want to practice.

Restate what matters

The Guide has memory. Earlier details can still drop out, so restate the facts and constraints that matter to the current task, especially when they’ve changed.

Help

Access, questions, and support

What does free access include?

Your free account includes enough use to try the Guide on real work. Access is a usage allowance, measured by what you do, so a quick question uses less of it than a long practice session. The percentage indicator in the Guide shows how much remains.

I bought the book. How do I claim my free month?
  1. Complete the book claim form on the AI coach page with your order details.
  2. Check your email for your promotional code and redemption instructions.
  3. Enter the code in the Guide, following the instructions in that email.

Already have a code? Use it the same way.

What if an answer misses the mark?

Tell the Guide what it misunderstood and what you need. For example:

“The deadline is fixed. Help me explain what we can deliver by that date.”

Review the wording before you use it. Check the facts and make sure the message sounds like you.

What if I want personal help from Salvatore?

When the situation is especially sensitive, or the result still isn’t what you need, book a free 15-minute introductory call with Salvatore to see whether one-on-one coaching is a good fit. Reach him through the contact form.

What if I have an account or technical problem?

Email support@salvatoremanzi.com with account questions, technical problems, or feedback about the Guide. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and a screenshot if it helps.

What about privacy?

Share only information you’re comfortable and authorized to provide. The Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. The Guide links to it too.
